We want you to love your Liarian Unlimited finds! Please review our policy before purchasing through our website or live selling events.

Website returns

For eligible website purchases, request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging.

Approved returns are issued as store credit, rather than a refund to your original payment method.

Live sales are final sale

All purchases made during our live selling events are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for sizing, fit, preference, or change of mind.

Other final sale items

• Sale and clearance merchandise

• Jewelry and accessories

• Undergarments and lingerie

• Bathing suits and swimwear

Shoes cannot be returned if visibly worn or missing their original box.

How to request a return

Email liarianunltd.llc@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason.

Please wait for approval before sending your return. We provide a free return shipping label for eligible clothing items. Approved returns must be mailed within 7 days of receiving the label.

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we will notify you and issue store credit. For a different size or style, use your approved store credit to place a new order, subject to availability.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 3 days of delivery. Email your order number and clear photos to liarianunltd.llc@gmail.com.

This applies to website and live sale purchases, including final sale items, so we can review and resolve the issue.

Customer Rights and Policy Exceptions

Our final sale restrictions, store credit policy, and requested reporting timelines do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law. Please report damaged, defective, or incorrect items promptly so we can assist you. The appropriate resolution will depend on the circumstances and applicable requirements.

If we cannot ship your order within the promised timeframe, we will provide any required delay notice and cancellation or refund options. Where a monetary refund is legally required, store credit will not replace that refund.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.
